Description
The Blue Viking sword was a gift to Harald, which he received during a raid.
In recognition of his defeat, an English tribal leader gave his own sword to Harald, in the hope of never seeing him again.
The sword has both a crossguard and a pommel made of solid gold, and the blade is decorated with depictions of Harald and the mythical Midgard serpent.
The Midgard serpent serves as the figurehead on Harald’s proud ship, Ragna.
